SPEED – STRENGTH – AGILITY - Owasso
Body Coach started the Speed - Strength - Agility (SAA) Camps Program in June. In that short time we have had the privilege of working with nearly 100 athletes that range in age from 4th grade to juniors in high school.
Regardless of age, the camps have had a 100% success rate at improving 40 yard dash times. The average time shaved off the times is over half a second in just one month!!! There has been over a 97% success at improving the average (best of 3) 40 times.
The improvements continue through cone drills, agility drills, broad jumps, box jumps, plyometrics and numerous other activities. We strive at producing humbly confident athletes whose intentions are to take their game to the next level.

The coaching staff will consist of former and current college athletes and coaches as well as exceptional personal trainers. Members of the staff also have physical therapy, chiropractic and rehabilitative backgrounds.
We at Body Coach have 5 primary objectives with our speed, strength and agility program for all of our athletes, elementary, middle and high school groups.
ONE: Boost speed, transforming individuals with average speed into ridiculously fast and explosive athletes.
TWO: Improve the agility of these athletes so they can change directions extremely quick and turn on a dime.
THREE: Develop explosiveness, by reaching every part of the core, hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, abs and back and making it powerful. This will improve blocking, tackling and tackle breaking skills.
FOUR: Ingrain mental toughness and focus, enabling athletes to maintain the desire and intensity to persevere.
FIVE: Provide the essential tools to separate one self from the rest of the field in the college recruitment process.
